李繼林，男，漢族，1973年7月生，陜西合陽人。博士研究生畢業，工學博士學位，教授級高級工程師，博士生導師，國家科技進步二等獎獲得者，廣東省高層次A類人才稱號。2017.05-2019.08揭陽市發展和改革局副局長（掛任），分管高新技術產業科和價格成本科室。2022年、2023年國家重點研發項目評審專家。鑄造技術編委。

金屬耐磨復合材料、原位生長金屬基復合材料、可鍛鑄鐵、ADIor CADI等溫淬火球墨鑄鐵、鋁鎂輕金屬加工技術、鋁合金板帶箔鑄軋及電磁鑄軋技術、鋁合金板帶箔材壓延加工技術、鉭鈮難熔金屬碳化物制備、高溫合金制備、電池正極集流體鋁箔，鈉離子電池等。
材料加工專業，從事生產、研發等工作近26年，曾主持或參與國家、教育部、廣東省科技廳等工業應用領域項目60余項，獲得各類科技進步獎20余項，其中，2015年獲國家科技進步二等獎1項，省級科技進步一等獎2項，中國有色金屬工業科學技術進步一等獎、二等獎6項。在材料領域發表各類學術論文100余篇，獲授權發明專利20余件，參與編寫廣東省鋁工業技術路線圖、廣東省鎂工業技術路線圖、中國鑄造耐磨材料產業技術路線圖和廣東省陽江市五金刀剪產業技術路線圖等著作4部。參與了10項國家標準制定，指導培養研究生25人。2010年獲清遠市優秀科技特派員稱號。
